Hold the dumbbell with the other hand which is far from the wall. Raise the foot near the wall.&lt;br /&gt;- Raise the heel of the other foot (the one you&amp;#39;re standing with) by using your toes (tiptoe).&lt;br /&gt;- Lower yourself slowly.&lt;br /&gt;- Repeat 15 times and another 15 for the next set.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Seated Calf Raise.&lt;br /&gt;- Sit on the bench with your feet apart.Rest the dumbbells on your thighs but keep a hold of them.&lt;br /&gt;- Raise the heels by using your toes (tiptoe) while remaining seated.&lt;br /&gt;- Lower your heels to the floor.&lt;br /&gt;- Repeat 15 times and another 15 for the next set.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;LEGS&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Dumbbell Squats&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;- Stand with feet apart.and hold dumbbells to the side.&lt;br /&gt;- Bend your knees until your thighs are almost parallel to the floor. Make sure to keep your head up and your back straight.&lt;br /&gt;-&amp;#160; Slowly return to original position.&lt;br /&gt;- Repeat 15 times and another 15 for the next set.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Well, that&amp;#39;s everything.
